The Qiangang Group moved Shougang to a new large-scale residential community in Qian’an District, and built a total of 13 residential buildings and public buildings, including 6 high-rise residential buildings and 7 multi-story residential buildings, as well as supporting catering, hotels, kindergartens, and parking. The project uses EPON technology, some buildings use fiber to the home FTTH way to provide residential residents with data, voice and video triple play business, opened more than 4,000; high-rise building is to choose fiber to the floor FTTB way for the community supporting hotels and other facilities The triple play service opened more than 2,000 lines; the system also realized the networking of the residential access control system and the video surveillance system in the building, with about 400 monitoring points.

Since the OLT is located in the center of the cell center and the buildings are relatively concentrated, the primary light splitting method (1 point 32) is used. Long Light Technology uses the first integrated optical distribution wiring module in the district to integrate the modules into the optical distribution frame. The splitting and wiring are all completed in the ODF frame, saving a large number of jumpers and making the fiber optic wiring in the room clean.
This design scheme adopts a centralized and split mode, which saves a large number of equipment PON ports and can reduce the initial investment of customers. With the increase of users, it is possible to gradually expand the equipment PON port.
The optical splitters are all centralized in the equipment room. The maintenance of the optical fiber lines in the entire residential area is very simple and convenient.
The multi-storey houses are split in the central engine room, and the optical cable is passed to the unit after each unit.
High-rise residential buildings are divided on the ground floor of each building, and then they are vertically routed to the top of each unit with a skeleton cable. A 24-core distribution box is placed every 3 to 6 floors in the unit. The cable is routed from the box to the user's information box. The optical cable is terminated with a quick connector.
In the wiring in the building, the GPXD-24 series corridor distribution box of Changguang Technology's patented product is adopted to ensure that the remaining cores of the optical fiber cable are not cut when the optical fiber is branched, saving a lot of time and cost for the fusion fiber.
After this project is opened, it is stable in operation and convenient to maintain.
